As a guarantor of high-quality end products, Klenke Maschinenfabrik GmbH controls all production processes with the help of a modern, computerised PPS system. This forms the centrepiece of our work preparation and ensures that every step - from planning to final implementation - is precisely coordinated.
The system includes complete order management, forward-looking capacity planning and structured tool management. It also integrates PDA/MDA data, CNC, CAD and CAM technologies for 2D/3D programming and detailed machine simulations.
This holistic networking makes processes transparent, optimises production times and identifies potential sources of error at an early stage. In this way, we ensure that all projects are completed smoothly, on time and economically - and at the same time lay the foundation for products of consistently high quality.
