Different manufacturing concepts - from fully automated large-scale production to semi-automated processes and manual one-off production according to individual customer requirements - reflect the comprehensive technical expertise of Klenke Maschinenfabrik GmbH. At the same time, they demonstrate our constant striving to optimise all processes and procedures in the field of mechanical processing.

We machine components from the following materials:

  • Cast iron with vermicular graphite (GJV)

  • Cast iron with lamellar graphite (GJL)

  • Cast iron with spheroidal graphite (GJS)

  • Stainless steel 16MnCr5

  • Non-ferrous metals EN 1706 AC 46000 DF (AL Si9Cu3(Fe))

  • Quality steels from S235JR to E360 and C45
