Unsere Ausbildungsangebote
So läuft deine Ausbildung bei Klenke ab
Training at Klenke Maschinenfabrik GmbH is dual for all apprenticeships - this means that you alternate between the company and the vocational school (usually in Northeim).
In the company, you will learn everything you need to know for your job later on. What exactly this involves is officially laid down in the training regulations. We draw up a plan for you so that you learn everything step by step.
At the beginning, it's all about the basics: insights into the areas of sales, marketing, procurement, logistics, important tools, materials, maintenance, production and how everything works together. Over time, you will be given more and more responsibility and more difficult tasks. Perhaps you will take care of delivery call-offs and shipping notifications, repair machines independently at some point or create a machining programme for a CNC-controlled lathe.
At vocational school, you'll get all the theoretical knowledge you need. But not only theory - practical things are also on the agenda, for example planning and controlling processes in purchasing, sales, production and logistics on the computer, setting up circuit diagrams with control and energy sources of machine tools, materials science on the workpiece, production of precision components using machining processes such as turning and milling on CNC-controlled machine tools.
You also have normal subjects such as German, maths and English. If you want, you can even improve or catch up on your school-leaving qualifications there. And there are additional qualifications, for example in foreign languages. Of course, the company will give you time off for vocational school.
If you want to know what exactly you can expect in the individual professions, check out the information on the training specialisations here:
There you will find all the details about tasks, requirements and future opportunities. By the way, once you have passed your exam, your future prospects in our company are excellent. We guarantee you a job if you pass the exam.
